WhatsApp HU
According to the latest information, WhatsApp users have now started receiving the multi-device feature on the stable iOS version of the app. GSMArena reported that WhatsApp users on the latest 2.21.180.14 version for iOS who have enrolled in the beta program will now get a multi-device prompt under the Linked Devices section within Settings. While using this multi-device support, you do not have to keep your phone online.
If you are looking to enable multi-device beta on iOS, you must update to the latest version from App Store and select the multi-device prompt from the Linked Devices section. Now, scan a QR code with your phone just like on WhatsApp Web.
In addition, WhatsApp has also started testing a new in-app business directory feature to let users find local shops and services on the app in Brazil. The test would include thousands of businesses in categories like food, retail, and local services across certain Sao Paulo neighbourhoods.
