Counterpoint released domestic market analysis report of January 2021, Huawei ranked 3rd [17% market share]

According to the major data research companies record and analysis of Q4 2020 and the whole year of 2020, both the global and domestic smartphone market will experience dramatic changes in 2021. The main reason is of course because of the Huawei brand. Now that the first two months of 2021 are about to pass, how has the domestic market become?

Recently, Counterpoint, a well-known data research company shared a domestic market analysis report of January 2021. Let’s look at a ranking:

Champion: OPPO, with a market share of 21%;

Runner-up: Vivo, with a market share of 18%;

Third place: Huawei, with a market share of 17%;

Fourth place: Apple, with a market share of 17%;

Xiaomi still ranks fifth, with a market share of about 16%. The latter brands are Honor, iQOO, realme, Samsung, OnePlus, Dove, Nokia , ZTE, Meizu, and Black Shark.

Huawei Smart Screen S5 Pro is all set to go on sale tomorrow. It has now appeared in the Huawei Smart Life App and has three size versions to choose from.

Huawei Smart Screen S5 Pro has three sizes, all equipped with 4 speakers as standard , and no ads when turned on by default. Huawei Smart Screen S5 Pro series sizes are 65 inches, 75 inches and 86 inches.

The screen material is LCD, supports 120Hz/240Hz refresh rate, and the entire series is standard with 4 speakers and 4GB+128GB memory combination, and supports dual-band WiFi 6 and HDMI 2.1.

Huawei launches special Batter Replacement campaign

Good news for Huawei mobile phones, tablets, notebooks, and smart wearable products owners. Huawei is running a unique user-benefit campaign wherein you can swap old batteries in your Huawei device with a brand new genuine one for just 99 yuan (China).

Huawei mobile phones are available in two price ranges of 99 yuan and 199 yuan; Huawei tablets and Honor mobile phones are available in the 129 yuan range; Huawei wearables are available in the 99 yuan range; and laptops are available in the 299 yuan range.

The price range of the fixed-price battery replacement is for reference only. The prices of some models have been adjusted.

Huawei reportedly started the recruitment of a new batch of talented young people from around the world.

The requirements are as follows: no limitations on schools, majors, or academic qualifications. Special achievements in fields such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, computer science, and artificial intelligence are highly regarded. This includes significant scientific research results, published papers, patents, or awards in top international competitions. Candidates should aspire to become leaders in industry technology.

Huawei said it will provide “genius young people” with world-class challenging topics, top mentors, and global platforms and resources.

According to an email previously released by Huawei, the salaries of “genius teenagers” are paid according to an annual salary system, with three levels: 896,000-1,008,000 yuan, 1,405,000-1,565,000 yuan, and 1.82 million-2,010,000 yuan.
