HarmonyOS NEXT developer beta

Huawei has officially started beta testing for the HarmonyOS NEXT developer preview recruitment. The HarmonyOS NEXT developer preview version is a test version that recruits real developers to participate in the development experience in the live network environment in order to more comprehensively verify the functions of the product and ensure the quality of the product before the official version is released.

The HarmonyOS NEXT developer preview version will no longer be compatible with Android open source applications and will only support Harmony kernel and system applications , so it is called “pure-blooded Harmony”.

How to participate?

Registration and real-name authentication: This recruitment event is only open to developers. Developers can enter the event page to register and then perform real-name authentication. If you have completed registration and real-name authentication, you can go directly to the next step.

Before registering, you need to answer the questions in the “What You Need to Know Test” to ensure you fully understand the impact of this developer preview upgrade before registering for the event.

You need to complete the “What to Know Test” and fill in the application information for the HarmonyOS NEXT Developer Preview Beta Recruitment Event before you can be eligible to register for this recruitment event and enter the review stage. The review results will be notified by Huawei Developer Alliance official email (or text message).
