Huawei HarmonyOS 4 launched with live window and more
On August 04, 2023, the Chinese tech giant Huawei officially launched the HarmonyOS 4. To recall, in 2019, Huawei introduced HarmonyOS, which helps devices to run seamlessly, breaking the gap between major devices and creating a cross-device integration technology.

Huawei brings Live Window feature in the latest HarmonyOS 4 version for mobile phones and tablets, and “Moon Window” for watches. These features displays application information on the screen and lock screen interface, enabling users to check notifications without unlocking their devices.
HarmonyOS 4 also leverages AI capabilities, upgrading Xiaoyi’s voice assistant with enhanced intelligent interactions, efficient productivity, and personalized services. Huawei has now started rolling out the EMUI 14.2 firmware update to the Mate 50 Pro, P60 Pro and Mate X3. The latest software update for the Mate 50 Pro is rolling out with the build number 14.2.0.139 while the P60 Pro and Mate X3 received the firmware with the numbers 14.2.0.139 and 14.2.0.139 respectively.
