Huawei yesterday held an online event conference, the company has introduced X65 Smart TV, Super-fast gallium nitride dual-port charger, Huawei Sound X Platinum Edition, and the Huawei P40 Series China pricing.
As a Chief Executive Officer of Huawei Consumer Business Group, Mr. Chengdong (Richard) Yu at the press conference explained the most asked questions regarding the newly launched Huawei P40 Series.
Question 1 – Why Huawei P40 series proactive digging holes become larger?
Answer – Yu Chengdong said that the digging of the front lens of the Huawei P40 series of mobile phones was expanded because the front camera module added an infrared depth of field lens. Yu Chengdong also emphasized that it is very easy to make a small hole, but that was the level two years ago.
Question 2 – Why the P40 Pro didn’t get support for 120Hz refresh rate?
Answer – Huawei’s CEO Yu Chengdong took the time to respond to complaints about the P40 series not featuring support for the 120Hz screen refresh rate. Yu Chengdong disclosed that the Huawei P40 Pro can naturally be configured to support the 120Hz refresh rate. However, the company took into consideration other factors such as the power consumption of the phone and others which he did not mention. Thus, the Chinese giant decided to stick with the 90Hz refresh rate as the maximum for the P40 Pro.
