According to information, Google is now blocking the installation of Google services on all non-certified smartphones from Huawei and Honor.
Google Play Protect reports an error and does not allow the apps and services to run. This means that the use of Play Store & Co. is unfortunately not possible.
User’s who installed functions on their smartphone previously are lucky because there have been no effects from the current situation.
As of now, a message appears on the devices that the respective smartphone is not “Play Protect certified”.
