According to reports, Huawei began to develop its own in-memory database in 2001. In 2011, the product was named GaussDB, and it was officially launched in 2019. In 2021, Huawei’s internal core system completed full-stack independent innovation. It has been launched on a large scale, and a new generation of distributed database will be launched in 2023.
