According to the latest information the progress of several “hyperfusion” trademark applications of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. has been changed to registered. These trademark applications were filed in July 2021.
In September 2021, Huawei established Hyperfusion Digital Technology Co., Ltd. with Zheng Liying as its legal representative. Its business scope includes: big data services; software development; integrated circuit design; intelligent control system integration; artificial intelligence general application system, etc. Technology Co., Ltd. is 100% controlled.
But then Huawei officially withdrew. The information shows that on November 5, 2021, Hyperfusion Digital Technology Co., Ltd. underwent an industrial and commercial change, the original shareholder Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. withdrew, and the new shareholder Henan Superfusion Technology Co., Ltd. held 100% of the shares.
