According to the Huawei staff member from Bilibili revealed that Meizu will access Huawei’s HMS Core service capabilities. In other words, Meizu models are expected to support user’s applications that integrate HMS Core through Huawei Mobile Service. Huawei launched the mobile version of HMS Core 5.0 on June 22 last year.
The capabilities of HMS Core 5.0 cover seven areas, including application services, graphics, media, artificial intelligence, smart terminals, security and systems.
It is worth mentioning that Huawei HMS is different from Hongmeng system. HMS is mainly a substitute for Google’s GMS, and it is now much better than the original. Developers can let user devices use Huawei Search, Huawei Video, Huawei App Market, and even Huawei account services.
