October 2021: Huawei Watch GT 2 42mm getting 1.0.13.18 update
Huawei has started sending the October 2021 update for the Huawei Watch GT 2 42mm smartwatch users in mainland China. This watch was launched in 2019 with amazing features. The Huawei Watch GT 2 includes two variants – 46mm and 42mm.
Now, according to the information, the HUAWEI Watch GT 2 42mm variant’s latest update is rolling out with software version 1.0.13.18 and in this latest update, the company has optimized system stability.

How to update?
Connect the watch to your phone using the Huawei Health app, open the app, touch Devices, touch the device name, choose the latest software update, follow the onscreen instructions to update your smartwatch.
The new Huawei Watch GT2 adds health features for females called Menstrual Cycle Tracking. The menstrual management feature helps females on menstrual period and cycle length. Also, Huawei Watch GT 2 will alert you when your period is about to start and notify you when your fertile window will begin.

Huawei Watch GT2 42mm has 100 sports types, that is, 85 custom sports types have been added to the original 15 models, including parkour, hip-hop, skateboarding, rock climbing, leisure, fitness, water sports, ball games, ice and snow sports, etc.
Huawei’s native HarmonyOS NEXT (5.0) was officially released. The distributed soft bus has been fully upgraded, and HarmonyOS NEXT brings a more convenient, open, and free full-scenario experience, enabling seamless transmission and sharing between multiple devices.
Cross-device scanning : When using the tablet software, you can use your mobile phone to take photos, and the photos will be immediately embedded in the note-taking software.
Cross-device gallery: tablet can directly add photos from mobile phone gallery.
Copy and paste across devices : Paste the AI-cut images on your phone directly to your tablet.
Application Continuation: Reading and other progress will be naturally continued and synchronized in real time.
In-app video casting : The experience and smoothness of video casting have been greatly improved. By clicking the cast button in the software, you can select the device in the unified system interface, and remotely control the large-screen content in the playback control center of the mobile phone.
Huawei Share : No network required, 1.2GB large files can be transferred in 8 seconds, multiple people can share at once and multiple selections can be shared simultaneously; supports touch-to-touch interactive sharing of pictures, products, videos, etc.

Huawei Smart Screen S5 Pro getting HarmonyOS 4.2.0.160 (SP5C00E2R1P4) update, adding office mode, Huawei Cloud Conference and Lingxi pointing gun functions , adjusting the default focus of the shutdown menu from “off screen” to “shutdown”, and optimizing the clarity of the home camera portrait and the system stability of some scenes.
Huawei Smart Screen S5 Pro was launched in July this year. It has three sizes of 65/75/85 inches and supports Huawei Lingxi pointing remote control, 4K super projection and other functions. The prices are as follows:
