Honor 20, 20 Pro and 20i launched in India; Specifications, Price

Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has officially unveiled the Honor 20 series of smartphones in India.
The Honor 20 Pro is priced at ₹39,999, while the regular Honor 20 will retail at ₹32,999. The company’s budget offering, the Honor 20i, is available in India with a price tag of ₹14,999.
The smartphones will go on sale from June 25 via Flipkart. Honor 20i will go on sale starting June 18. Offers on the smartphones include no cost EMI start at ₹5,000 and Reliance Jio’s cashback benefits of ₹2,200 along with 2.2TB free data.
The Honor 20 and 20 Pro offer an all-glass design, a circular-notch cutout display and run Magic UI 2.0 based on Android 9 Pie. The Honor 20i comes with a lower-spec processor and camera module along with other cost-cutting measures so as to be more affordable.
The Honor 20 and 20 Pro come with Huawei’s HiSilicon Kirin 980 processor. The Honor 20 comes with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage while the Honor 20 Pro maxxes out at 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The two smartphones share the same 6.26-inch LCD display with a resolution of 2340×1080. The only thing distinguishing the two smartphones (other than the storage and RAM volume) is the rear camera module. The Honor 20 Pro comes with a 4,000mAh battery while the Honor 20 is backed by a 3,750mAh battery.
The Honor 20 Pro sports a 48MP+16MP+8MP+2MP camera combo. The 48MP high resolution primary sensor is paired with some AI trickery that promises to offer better night time photography while the 16MP and 8MP sensors offer super wide angle and telephoto capabilities respectively. The 2MP macro camera lets a user take macro shots at a distance of 2 cm. It is available in Phantom Black and Phantom Blue colours
The Honor 20 carries the same primary 48MP primary sensor, 16MP wide angle camera and the 2MP macro sensor, but instead of the 8MP telephoto camera, it comes with a 2MP depth assist camera. It is available in Midnight Black and Sapphire Blue color schemes.
Both, the Honor 20 and 20 Pro come with the same 32MP selfie camera.
The Honor 20i is powered by a mid-tier Kirin 710 SoC paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. It runs EMUI 9.0 based on Android 9 Pie. It comes with a 6.21-inch LCD display running at 2340×1080 resolution along with a dot-notch to accommodate the 32MP front-facing camera.
At the back it sports a 24MP + 8MP + 2MP rear camera configuration in which the 8MP sensor offers wide angle capabilities while the 2MP sensor is dedicated to depth sensing. It is backed by a 3,400mAh battery.
