Honor Note 8 grabbing EMUI software update

Honor has released a new software update for the Note 8 smartphone users on the mainland. To recall, the Note 8 is powered by an octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 955 processor and comes with 4GB of RAM. For now, we only have information regarding the EMUI 8.

As per the changelog, the Honor Note 8 April 2022 software update comes with firmware version and it optimizes the system stability.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Honor Note 8 on the rear packs a 13-megapixel camera. It sports an 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

The Honor Note 8 runs Emotion UI 4.1 is based on Android 6.0 and packs 32GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 128GB). The Honor Note 8 is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The Honor Note 8 measures 178.80 x 90.90 x 7.18mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 219.00 grams.

Connectivity options on the Honor Note 8 include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v4.00, 3G, and 4G. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, and compass/ magnetometer.
