Counterpoint Research reports that the Hongmeng operating system is expected to surpass Linux by the end of 2020 and become the fifth most popular smart digital terminal operating system.
Joy Tan said that the Hongmeng operating system is a distributed, lightweight, compact operating system with powerful functions. Compared to other operating systems on the market, it has a much smaller number of lines of code and is therefore more secure .
Developers only need to perform application development once, and applications can be flexibly deployed to multiple different terminals.
