Huawei’s product in Europe continuously getting security patch updates in the form of EMUI 10.1 and EMUI 11. In the last month, the latest security patch was delivered on the MatePad after the Mate 30 Pro. Now, the company has started rolling out the April 2021 security patch update for the MatePad WIFI 6 variant with the software version 10.1.1.186.
Don’t get confused, even if the tablet has its own name with “MatePad New”, the model name BAH3 reveals that this is still the same model, even if there are a few small technical improvements. Similar to, for example, the P30 Lite and P30 Lite New Edition.
You can do the download without any problems if you have the LTE model or else proceed with the WLAN. The update only contains the changes mentioned in the changelog.
