Huawei has started rolling out the January 2024 firmware update for the Watch GT 4 in Europe. The latest update brings major changes and it comes with firmware version 4.0.0.161(C00M04).

This update increases the number of supported alarm clocks to 40 and improves system stability.

- Adds privacy and security reminder feature. After updating, you will need to complete authorization before using certain apps.
- Adds Georgian as a system language.

Note:
1. For a better user experience, it is recommended to first update the Huawei Health app to the latest version in the app store.
2. Do not disconnect the Bluetooth connection during the update. If the update fails, try again.
3. It may take a little time to update the wearable. Wait until the progress bar on the device shows the end of the process. The device will automatically restart after the update is complete.
4. If you encounter any problems while using the device, call the Huawei customer hotline or visit a Huawei customer service center.
