In the UK Honor 10 Lite users getting March 2021 security patch update

Honor 10 Lite smartphone users in the UK (United Kingdom)now start receiving the March 2021 security patch with the latest software version EMUI and the update package size is 111MB.

The Honor 10 Lite features a 6.21-inch Full HD+ display with a screen resolution of 1,080 x 2,340 pixels. As per the camera concern, the device is provided with a dual primary camera setup of 13MP and 2MP lenses backed by features like LED Flash and Phase Detection Autofocus. On the other hand, it has a 24MP front camera, which provides some really excellent selfies.

Integrates Android security patches released in March 2021 for improved system security.

This security update includes the CVE announced in the March 2021 Android security bulletin. It includes 2 Critical, 13 High levels, and 131 Medium levels. The Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) system tracks publicly known security vulnerabilities and exposures in publicly released software packages.

  • This update will not erase your data but I recommend you backup your important data before proceeding.

How to update?

If you haven’t received a notification yet, check for the OTA update in Settings manually, just tap on the Setting option in your smartphone, Settings > System > Software update > Check for Updates > Download and install.

You can also update using the Suppor app. Open the app, go to Support> Update > Check for updates.
