November 2021 security patch rolling out for Huawei P30 Lite and P20 Pro in Europe
Huawei P30 Lite and P30 Pro smartphone users in Europe are now able to install the November 2021 security patch update. The updates can be downloaded as OTA updates. A download via WLAN is recommended due to the size of the data if you do not have enough data volume. The update for the P20 Pro is 277MB, but the size of the P30 Lite is 212MB as reported by HuaweiBlog.
The latest updates can be installed via phone Settings -> System -> System update. If you don’t see an update yet, keep calm. The updates are rolled out in waves and can also vary by region and provider. The updates are based on EMUI 10 and the November 2021 patch update for the Huawei P30 Lite and P20 Pro in Europe is rolling out build numbers EMUI 10.0.0.520 and EMUI 10.0.0.197 respectively. Via Settings: Settings -> System & updates -> Software update -> CHECK FOR UPDATES-> Download and install.
