FreeBuds Pro 2 first software update is now available

The first software update for FreeBuds Pro 2 is now available. With this update, most features are optimized for the device. The latest update for Huawei FreeBuds Pro 2 comes with the firmware version 2.1.0.120 and the package size is 18MB.

Recently, Huawei launched the FreeBuds Pro 2 headphones in the European market. The all-new FreeBuds Pro 2 weighs 5.9 grams, which is lighter than its predecessor (6.1 grams).

Huawei FreeBuds Pro 2 is equipped with an 11mm unit with a frequency response range of 14 Hz to 40 kHz, supports Bluetooth 5.2 and LDAC, AAC, and SBC decoding , and is equipped with three microphones.

Huawei co-operated with Devialet to design the FreeBuds Pro 2 earphones, which further improve the audio. In terms of noise reduction, this headset supports a noise reduction depth of up to 47dB, supports 3 modes – normal mode, comfort mode, and super mode, as well as supports outdoor awareness mode.

In terms of compatibility, Huawei FreeBuds Pro 2 supports connecting Android and HarmonyOS devices. In terms of battery life, this headset has 4 hours of noise-canceling playback time and 6.5 hours of non-noise-canceling playback time, plus the charging case, the playback time is up to 30 hours.
