Honor X10 Max first update brings HDR10 video support and June 2020 patch

Honor X10 Max launched early this month. The smartphone is pre-installed with Magic UI 3.1.1. Now, Honor has started rolling out the first update for Honor X10 Max smartphone users with new optimizations and HDR10 support. It also brings June 2020 security patch update. Check the complete changelog below.

Honor X10 Max Magic UI 3.1.1.131 Changelog:

Gallery: New Smart Gallery Feature, the smartphone can automatically detect pictures in the gallery and organize them in different categories such as portraits, locations, scenery, food, etc.

Multimedia: Optimizes video playback with more and clearer details when watching movies. Added support for HDR10 standard videos.

Camera: Optimizes photography and video recording experience.

NFC: Optimize card swiping.

Security: Integrates Android security patches released in June 2020 for improved system security.

Note: This update is related to the Chinese variant.

How to update Honor X10 Max?

Go to Settings ->  ‘System & updates’ ->  ‘Software update’ -> ‘Check for updates’ -> ‘Download and install’.

You can also update via Support app. Go to Support App-> Services -> Update > Check for updates. (Get the latest version of the app.)
