Reliable tipster, RODENT950 claims the P60 series will be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, just like the Mate 50 lineup that debuted back in September.
The Mate 60 series, on the other hand, looks set to be powered by the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. The leaker highlights the chipset with the model number SM8525, likely referring to a 4G-only version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 which is typically coded as the SM8550 in 5G-capable form.
Now, according to the information, the upcoming Huawei Mate 60 and Huawei P60 series of smartphones may arrive with a New 1″ variable aperture, New 10x optical zoom solution, 5G, a new generation of satellite communication, and a new generation of XMAGE camera software.
