Huawei smartphone saved 42-year-old woman’s life

According to the report, Beth McDermott, a 42-year-old woman who lived alone in Lancaster, UK, accidentally stuck at home a few days ago and fell from the stairs, her head injured.

The woman woke up after three days of coma but was unable to move because of a leg injury.  What was unexpected was that the Huawei Y6 mobile phone purchased for £99 (about 891 yuan) still had 50% of the battery power. The woman was able to dial 999, and the ambulance arrived and took her to the hospital.

A week later, when the woman was discharged from the hospital, she said in an interview that “this is a terrible experience, but thanks to my mobile phone. I can’t believe the mobile phone can last so long and still have 50% of the power”.
