October 2020 Security Patch released for Honor 9X Series
The current October 2020 Security Patch is now available for the Honor 9X and Honor 9X Pro smartphone users. The company has started rolling out this update for the Chinese users and it incorporates the Android security patch to enhance the security of the mobile phone system. It is recommended that you update as soon as possible.

How to download Honor 9X & 9X Pro EMUI 10.1.0.109?
There are two ways to update your device/smartphone, Via Settings option, or Via Support app.
Via Settings: Just tap on Settings > System > Software update > Check for Updates and Download it!
Via HiCare (Now known as support app): Support> Quick Services -> Update > Check for updates.

According to the information, the Huawei P Smart 2021 August 2022 security patch update arrives with the firmware version EMUI 10.1.1.263 and the size is 302MB.
In the August 2022 security patch, Huawei fixes 2 critical and 10 High levels of CVEs. The update enhances the system security as well as optimizes the system stability performance.
