Rumor: Huawei Freelace Pro 2 to Debut with P70 Series
According to the latest information, Huawei is planning to launch its Freelace Pro 2 neck-mounted headphones alongside the upcoming P70 Series.
The product launch is reportedly scheduled for March 2024. This product line will return after three years. However, for now, there is no official information available.
The previous generation of FreeLace Pro headphones released in August 2020, supports dual active noise reduction functions and priced at 599 yuan.
The Huawei P70 series is expected to feature Chinese OLED panels from BOE, COST, Visionax, and Tianma. Meanwhile, the display won’t offer 2K resolution which is common for top-end devices and would instead feature 1.5K resolution. For those unaware, Huawei’s P series is the brand’s flagship phones that focus on photography. Under the hood, the P70 is rumored to be equipped with the Kirin 9000S chipset. This is the same processor that powers the Mate 60 lineup.

Huawei officially announced the new FreeBuds Pro 4 headphones. This is the first TWS headset equipped with HarmonyOS NEXT and will be officially launched at the Huawei Mate Brand Festival on November 26.
As can be seen from the poster, the headset adopts an in-ear design with black and gold color matching, and the overall shape is similar to the previous generation. With the support of the new system, FreeBuds Pro 4 is expected to bring more functional upgrades.
