Huawei has recently shared the EMUI 12 update roadmap for the global market. The stable EMUI 12 update is on your way and will reach the end of April 2022 in the whole market. To recall, HarmonyOS 2.0 (HMOS2) for smartphones was launched in June last year. Following the launch, there are many smartphones and devices that were updated with the HarmonyOS updates in the form of beta and stable. Recently, over 220 million devices have upgraded the HarmonyOS 2.0 version.
Apart from theĀ HarmonyOS, the company has also upgraded its device with the latest security patches. On the list, the February 2022 Huawei EMUI security patch goes live and fixes 1 medium-level CVE in the kernel, 1 high-level CVE in the system as well as 1 critical, 9 high, and 30 medium levels of CVEs in third-party libraries.
