As the Honor V30 5G series recently launched by the company in China event, following under the V series i.e an upgrade version of Honor V20. Kirin 990 chipset has been used as special features in these, which comes with 5G support. Apart from this, punch-hole display and 40-megapixel primary camera have been given as special features in the phone.

After the product launch completed, the Honor President, George Zhao mentioned in the conference of Honor V30 series 5G said that the Honor V30 series supports both SA/NSA 5G networks and currently the cheapest among 5G smartphones.

Regarding the price concern, He said the Honor V30 5G starts at CNY 3299 (Aprrox 465 in the US dollars) and over half of the less price compared to the Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G that costs 6899 CNY(980 USD).

HONOR V30 5G AND HONOR V30 PRO 5G SPECIFICATIONS:

Both Honor V30 and V30 Pro smartphones have a 6.57 inch Full HD + display with IPS LCD. It has 91.46 percent screen to ratio. This smartphone works on Kirin 990 5G chipset and has been introduced on Android 10 with EMUI custom screen. The fingerprint sensor has been provided in the phone for security.

The Honor V30 has a triple rear camera setup, has a 40-megapixel primary Sony IMX600 sensor, an 8-megapixel telephoto lens, and an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens. At the same time, Honor V30 Pro has a 40-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel telephoto lens, and a 12-megapixel wide-angle lens. The phone has 4K HDR video recording support as well as features such as 5-axis electronic image stabilization and ultra-low vision. The Honor V30 has a 4,200 mAh battery with 40W fast charging support.

The 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage variant of the Honor V30 Pro 5G will be available on the– 3,899 Yuan (~$554)
The 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage variant of the Honor V30 Pro 5G will be available on the– 4,199 Yuan (~$597)

The first sale of the Honor V30 will be held on Dec. 5 in China. The Honor V30 Pro 5G will be available for purchase for the first time on Dec. 12. Color variants of the Honor V30 series include options such as Charm Starfish Blue, Dawn Orange, Magic Night Star River and Icelandic Fantasy.
