HarmonyOS 2 Gallery new version brings GIF logo display, document correction supports and more

According to the official introduction, Huawei’s gallery can automatically and intelligently classify photos and videos; intelligently identify and push the wonderful moments in your life; turn on the cloud synchronization service, automatically synchronize photos and videos, and view them on other Huawei devices.

HarmonyOS 2 Gallery New Changes

HarmonyOS gallery version of 2.0 changelog:

  • GIF logo display. GIF format pictures are newly added to display the GIF logo, which can more intuitively identify GIF resources.
  • Document correction supports the magnifying glass. When dragging the selection box in the document correction mode, a magnifying glass display is added to position the document more accurately.
  • External selection optimization. When some apps support selecting gallery photos, you can choose cloud photos as the material. (Such as text messages, contacts, memos, etc.)
  • More experience optimization.

Note: The public test models with this function only support the following models for the time being, and only support EMUI 11.0 and above.
