On September 06, 2022, at the Huawei Mate 50 series, Huawei officially announced the HarmonyOS 3 update roadmap. At the launch, the company scheduled 24 Huawei phones/smart screens/tablets/smartwatches for the HarmonyOS 3 public beta activity.
According to the roadmap, the Huawei P40 series and Mate 30 series will get HarmonyOS 3 update in Q4 2022. On the other hand, the Huawei P30 series, Mate 20 series, etc. will be upgraded in 2023.
