As per the latest report, Huawei is preparing to build a 760,000 square meter industrial park in the Longhua district. Recently, the Shenzhen-based firm won a bid for industrial land with a bid amount of 298 million yuan.
The whole project or building will cover an area of 763,600 square meters, the remaining 514,857.79 square meters are not planned to be used at the moment. This will be the company’s next innovative base. The actual purpose of purchasing this land has not become clear, although the company has received numerous subsidies to run its parallel business.

Smart Longhua Cooperation:
According to the information, Huawei and the Longhua government were building a digital economy pilot zone. It also includes a high starting point for promoting digital economy industrialization built on new infrastructure. It aims to promote the digitization of traditional industries while using innovative IT solutions.
