Huawei finally started rolling out the EMUI 10 update for the Mate 20 Lite and has it will be download via HiCare app.
The Mate 20 Lite EMUI 10 update size is 4.04 GB, make sure while you download it you have a proper internet connection. The EMUI 10 version for Mate 20 Lite is 10.0.0.148(C432E10R1P1).
