Huawei: More than 5,000 HarmonyOS NEXT native applications will be ready in Q4 2024

According to reports, as of the beginning of 2024, the number of HarmonyOS ecological devices has reached 800 million, including mobile phones, PCs, tablets, smart screens, cars and other high-frequency terminal devices.
Thousands of companies and institutions have started the development of HarmonyOS native applications. , including many super apps such as Alipay, Taobao, Meituan, JD.com, DingTalk, Amap, and Xiaohongshu.
Zhu Yonggang, President of Huawei Cloud, said that in the fourth quarter of this year, the commercial version of HarmonyOS NEXT for consumers will be released. Huawei will assist enterprises and institutions to develop more than 5,000 HarmonyOS native applications by the end of the year, and ultimately achieve the development of more than 500,000 native applications.
Huawei officially started teasing the new watch overseas. The watch will be unveiled at the Huawei Innovation Product Launch Conference held in Barcelona, Spain on September 19 local time.
