Huawei has added its Virtual support (Chatbot) agent called ‘Celia’ for customer support in India. Celia will help you to find out your query as soon as possible. Huawei Celia will be available in the Support App and also on the Huawei’s official website.
If you going to chat with Celia for the first time it will ask to accept the terms and conditions or policy checkbox, accept the terms, and then you can ask Celia for further information.
