Trump confirms US companies will continue to sell to Huawei
US president Trump made a few very important and surprisingly hopeful announcements regarding the US – Huawei saga at today’s G20 summit.
To quote Trump on this one:
These are American companies producing the products. This is complex … highly scientific. We are the only one with the technology. I have agreed to allow them to continue selling the products … I like our companies selling things to others … very complex things. These are not things easy to make … our companies were very upset, but we are allowing them. So if it is not national security issue, we are allowing them to sell.
Huawei officially started teasing the new watch overseas. The watch will be unveiled at the Huawei Innovation Product Launch Conference held in Barcelona, Spain on September 19 local time.
The watch has two function buttons on the side, the dial theme and the outer ring of the case are designed in white and green , and the bezel is printed with scales. The overall image of the watch is similar to the Huawei WATCH Ultimate series of smart watches. the watch is expected to be the Huawei WATCH Ultimate Green Legend .
The Huawei WATCH Ultimate smartwatch was first released in March 2023. It is equipped with a 1.5-inch LTPO OLED flexible screen, a sapphire mirror, and supports two-way Beidou satellite messaging function, which can send and receive Beidou satellite messages with one click. The watch also supports IP68 and 10ATM, claiming to achieve 100-meter diving-level waterproofing for smartwatches.
Huawei officially announced that the Mate XT tri-fold phone pre-orders were recently started, but the price information is yet to be announced. The appearance rendering of the Huawei Mate XT Ultimate Edition tri-fold phone is now revealed via online tipster.
The device press render showcased the black version. Referring to the picture, the phone uses a black and gold color scheme, which is more low-key and restrained than the official previously preheated Ruihong (red and gold) color scheme.
The e-commerce platform on China, JD, suggest that Huawei Mate XT Ultimate Edition will be officially on sale at 10:08 on September 20, and will be available in two colors and two storage versions: 16GB+1TB and 16GB+512GB.
On September 5, Huawei announced that Andy Lau will serve as the brand ambassador of Huawei Mate XT Extraordinary Master, and released a new preview video, showing the appearance of the Mate XT Extraordinary Master tri-fold mobile phone for the first time.
