Huawei has officially launched the next generation of smartphones the Huawei P40 series in an online press conference held on March 26. Huawei introduced the P40, P40 Pro & P40 Pro Plus smartphones that include the latest Kirin 990 processor, 5G, 90Hz refresh rates, and an in-screen fingerprint scanner.
Huawei has recently updated the P40 Pro’s official website page. It includes, “Four-curved overflow screen that means it is Huawei’s definition of the mobile phone’s four-curved screen design. The P40 Pro display comes from multiple suppliers with the same screen specifications. ”
The Huawei P40 Pro screen currently includes the “Chou Dongyu arrangement” (RGB-Delta arrangement) is characterized by the green sub-pixels being divided into two small parts. It is 77% of the standard RGB arrangement, and the display effect is poor; the other is a diamond arrangement, and the total pixels are 80% of the standard RGB arrangement.

According to the recent Huawei authorized store information the LG screens are Green, and BOE is Red. The industry insiders also mentioned that the Huawei P40 Pro currently has over 100,000 reservations across the entire network, including online and offline channels.
