Huawei P50 Pro smartphone users are getting the May 2022 security patch update in mainland China. The May 2022 firmware update for P50 Pro is rolling out with the build number HMOS 188.8.131.52.

To recall, the Huawei P50 series was released on July 29, powered by the HarmonyOS 2 system. Among them, all Huawei P50 series are equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 4G chip, and Huawei P50 Pro is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 4G chip or HiSilicon Kirin 9000 4G chip.
