Huawei has started rolling out the new version of its Petal Maps application. The November 2023 update brings version Petal Maps 4.0. Below check the full features.

Real-time display of the number of traffic lights: The number of remaining traffic lights can be displayed in real time in the navigation.
Electronic Eye Reminder: Added new violation shooting reminder type.
Lane prompt upgrade: supports real-time display of bus, variable, and tidal lanes.
Recommendation of overseas starting points: popular local starting points for cross-border routes can be recommended.
Location feedback: Support users to feedback location information.
Petal Maps already covers more than 160 overseas countries and regions , and officials claim to make outbound travel easier and worry-free through more detailed improvements. On November 4 last year, Yu Chengdong announced that Huawei would launch a 3D real-scene map, which can realize real-scene reconstruction and rendering, and users can experience it by opening the “Petal Travel” aggregation taxi service.
