Huawei officially announced that Huawei MatePad Pro has been upgraded with more than 1,000 parallel Horizon support applications, and the Huawei MatePad Pro gets the latest EMUI 10 version number EMUI 10.0.1.151.

The “parallel horizon” function is a unique feature for the MatePad Pro. It is different from the simple and boring Android multi-app split screen in the past. It achieves the unique split screen of the same application on the current tablet, that is, in the state of the horizontal screen display, different interface information of an application can be in two windows respectively. At the same time, we also added the WeChat Mini Program split-screen function – Company Mentioned.

Huawei MatePad Pro Specifications:

The MatePad Pro measures 159 x 246 x 7.2mm and it weighs 460 grams. The tablet is equipped with a 10.8-inch display with rounded corners. The IPS LCD display that features a punch-hole for the front camera supports quad HD+ resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels and DCI-P3 color gamut. With 4.9mm slim bezels around the display, the MatePad Pro promises a screen-to-body ratio of 90 percent.

The 7nm Kirin 990 chipset fuels the MatePad Pro along with up to 8 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. There is a nanoSD card slot on board for expanding its storage. The tablet is equipped with a huge 7,250mAh battery that support 40W rapid charging. However, the device ships with a 20W fast charger.

The EMUI 10 flavored Android 10 OS runs on the device. There is a multi-screen collaborative feature on the MatePad Pro that allows users to clone the phone’s interface on its screen. This feature can be used to transfer files between the devices conveniently. The cloned phone on the MatePad Pro can be also used to answer phone calls and send/receive text messages.

The MatePad Pro has a 13-megapixel main camera with f/1.8 aperture. It comes with features like phase detection autofocus and LED flash. On the front is an 8-megapixel camera with f/20 aperture. The device comes with support for M-Pencil stylus that 4096-level pressure sensitivity nib.

Huawei released the March 2022 security patch update for the P Smart Pro smartphone users globally. The all-new update comes with build number EMUI 10.0.0.479. At the same time, you can join the EMUI 12 Beta process with this update.
