Recently, Huawei has released the next-gen folding smartphone, Huawei Mate X2 which comes with comes with two display systems, a powerful Kirin processor with 5G support, and more. The first sale of Huawei Mate X2 officially was started on Huawei’s online store with 256GB and 512GB memory configurations.
Now, it’s time for Huawei’s next flagship device – Huawei P50 which is expected to be released in China on April 17. Previously, it was reported that Huawei P50 may reveal at the end of March in the global markets while launching in the Chinese market could happen in early April.
As far as the specifications and models concerned, the Huawei P50 series will come in three variants including P50, P50 Pro, and P50 Pro+ with a display size of 6.1/6.2 inch, 6.6.inch, and 6.8inch respectively. In terms of processor, the standard version equipped with Kirin 9000E, and the rest models with Kirin 9000 processor.
The rear side of the P50 lineup will get the same layout as the P40 series, the main camera system still placed in the upper left corner with a square shape camera module.
Additionally, the P50 basic variant expected to feature a 90Hz screen refresh rate, and P50 Pro, P50 Pro+ high-end smartphones may offer a 120Hz refresh rate. It was reported that Chinese variants could come pre-installed with HarmonyOS while the global editions packed with EMUI 11.1.
