Hey there welcome back to the another tips and tricks from Huawei Update, If you looking for recording calls on huawei or any honor phones with the latest huawei skin EMUI 9, so you came the the right place, lets start it by following below steps;
1. Download the APK from the above link to your device storage.
Once the step number 1 complete follow second one.
2. Enable “Unknown Sources” from Settings.
3. Locate the APK file using built-in file explorer. Users can also download and install the ES File Explorer.
4. Tap on it and follow the on-screen instructions to start the installation procedure.
5. Once done, restart your device.
6. All done! Call recording icon will be magically available for use.
How to install EMUI 9.1:
1. Open the HiCare app > Log in > Select country/region > Agree to the User Agreement and Privacy Notice > Update > Request update > Apply > Checking for new system update > Download and install.

Honor 9 Lite (also known as Huawei Honor 9 Youth Edition), the device that launched in 2017 shipped with HiSilicon Kirin 659 chipset, Android 8.0 (Oreo) and Huawei’s customized skin EMUI 8.0 is going to receive the much awaited Android 9.0 update in a couple of months.
@HiHonorIndia confirmed that all the compatibility tests have been completed and the update should be pushed to Honor 9 Lite by the mid of June.
Honor 9X Pro smartphone users are now getting the February 2022 security update in the global market (Malaysia). The latest software update is currently rolling out with the build number 9.1.1.269 and comes with an update size of 134MB.

Honor has started kicking off a new software update for the Honor Play 8 smartphone users in mainland China. According to the new changelog, this update brings February 2022 security patch update with the latest software version EMUI 9.1.0.176.
