In the month of June 2022, Huawei removed the device’s name from its monthly security update section. The security patch is only available for the quarterly devices. In this article, we will check the update released from Huawei in June 2022 (including HarmonyOS and EMUI).

June 2022 HarmonyOS and EMUI updates:

June 21, 2022: Honor started rolling out the May 2022 security update in mainland China. The latest firmware update comes with the version number HarmonyOS 2.0.0.235. This update incorporates security patches and enhances the security of the mobile phone system.

June 18, 2022: The latest May 2022 patch update for the Huawei Enjoy 20 SE rolling out wtih software version EMUI 10.1.1.173. This security update includes the CVE announced in the May 2022 Android security bulletin. It  fixes for 1 medium-level of CVE in the framework, 5 High-level CVE in the Kernel, 6 Medium-level CVEs in the system, 1 CVE in the Application, and 53 CVEs in the third-party libraries.
